Accessibility Statement

Effective Date: September 30, 2026

Amadat AI is dedicated to ensuring digital accessibility for people of all abilities. We continuously improve the user experience across our web platforms and application interfaces by applying international accessibility standards.

1. Conformance Standard

We target full compliance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA standards and aim for alignment with WCAG 2.2 Level AA recommendations, EN 301 549, and Section 508 of the US Rehabilitation Act.

These guidelines define technical requirements for developers and designers to make web content accessible to individuals with visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, and neurological disabilities.

2. Technical Measures Implemented

To ensure accessibility, our development teams incorporate the following principles into our frontend pipeline:

  1. Semantic Structure: Utilization of valid, semantic HTML5 elements (<header>, <nav>, <main>, <footer>, <section>) to ensure clear document structure for screen readers.
  2. Keyboard Navigability: All interactive components—including navigation menus, form controls, modals, and buttons—are fully operable via standard keyboard shortcuts (Tab, Enter, Space, Esc).
  3. Screen Reader Compatibility: Implementation of WAI-ARIA attributes, dynamic live regions, and explicit aria-label descriptors for complex user interface controls.
  4. Visual Contrast & Typography: Design system specifications requiring color contrast ratios of at least 4.5:1 for standard text and 3:1 for large text elements and interactive UI components.
  5. Non-Text Content: Provision of descriptive text alternatives (alt text) for static visual assets, illustrations, and non-decorative diagrams.
  6. Focus Indicators: High-visibility outline indicators applied to interactive elements upon keyboard focus.
  7. Responsive Scaling: User interfaces support up to 200% text magnification without loss of layout integrity, clipping, or horizontal scrolling issues.

3. Environment & Compatibility

Amadat AI web applications are tested for compatibility with modern assistive technology toolsets, including:

4. Known Limitations & Ongoing Efforts

While we aim for full accessibility compliance across all digital assets, some legacy features or third-party embedded components (e.g., dynamic interactive mapping widgets or specialized hardware simulation tools) may undergo ongoing enhancements to reach full WCAG Level AA conformance.
